Ordering And Payment

$100. minimum for opening orders and reorders.

New customer orders require prepayment with a check or credit card.

Payment can be made by pre-paid check or credit card. Collage Greetings accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Net 30 terms are available to approved accounts. Customers must supply three current trade references which include phone and fax numbers, email addresses and each applicable account number. Current bank information must also be included. Allow 10 to 15 business days to process the credit information required for granting terms. Late payments incur a late fee of 10% per month.

 

SHIPPING

All shipping costs will be charged at the time of shipment and be included on your final invoice. Our standard method of shipping is UPS ground which will be billed at the prevailing rate. Residential addresses will incur additional charges. Collage Greetings is not responsible for any carrier delays. All orders ship from our corporate office in Central Oregon.

BACKORDERS

Collage Greetings does not backorder product. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, please contact us for an estimated restocking date to prior to placing another order.

 

DISPLAY AND PACKAGING

All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken for individual sale. Failure to comply may result in account termination. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our packaging.

 

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

All of our products are designed, printed, produced and packaged in-house in Central Oregon by our Collage Greeting creative teams. All of our products are printed on FSC certified or recycled paper and purchased from vendors within the USA.

 

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted by phone, fax or email within 24 hours of placing your order. Any reductions to your order or cancellations not reported within 24 hours may be issued a restocking fee for up to 20%. Incorrectly shipped merchandise or any returns must be reported by phone, fax or email within 5 days of receipt, and returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 5 days of reporting. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in it's original packaging in excellent condition for credit on a future order. Special holiday returns or exchanges may be granted to customers in good credit standing, please contact us for details.
